How to post your module
Please get your part number confirmed first (label photo by quote form or WhatsApp). We'll reply with a written quote and a job reference. You can pay now (the Pay now button on your module's page) or after the job: we send a secure payment link when the work is done, and post your module back once it's paid. If we can't do the job, you get a full refund.
Where to send it
16 Chester Road

Write your job reference on the outside of the parcel and on the job sheet inside. Please don't post anything until we've confirmed your part number and sent your job reference.
1. Pack it properly
- Put each module in an anti-static bag (or a clean sealed plastic bag), then wrap it in bubble wrap.
- Use a sturdy box with at least 5 cm of padding on every side. Envelopes and padded bags are not enough.
- Gearbox mechatronics: drain the oil, wipe it and seal it in a bag.
- Don't send keys, looms, brackets or other parts unless we've asked for them.
- SRS jobs: send the airbag control module only. Never send airbags, inflators, pretensioners or any pyrotechnic part — they are dangerous goods and are not accepted.
2. Label ORIGINAL and DONOR
Stick a label or piece of masking tape on each unit: ORIGINAL (from your car) and DONOR (the replacement). Mixing them up is the most common cause of delay.
3. Include a job sheet
Print this page (the sheet below prints on its own) or write the same details on paper:
| Job reference (from us) | |
|---|---|
| Your name | |
| Phone / WhatsApp | |
| Vehicle make, model, year | |
| Registration | |
| Service / part number | |
| Units enclosed (ORIGINAL / DONOR) | |
| Return address | |
| Fault / notes |
4. Choose a tracked service
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 / Tracked 24 is fine for most modules — but not for lithium battery modules (see below).
- For high-value units use Special Delivery Guaranteed and insure it for the replacement value.
- Keep your proof of postage and tracking number, and send us the tracking number.
48V / 12V lithium battery modules: courier only
- A vehicle lithium-ion battery module sent on its own is classed as dangerous goods (UN 3480, Class 9). Royal Mail and standard parcel services don't accept it.
- Use a courier service that accepts lithium batteries under the dangerous-goods rules for road transport (ADR). When you book, tell the courier it is a lithium-ion battery module and give the voltage and capacity from its label.
- Strong, rigid box; module secured so it can't move; terminals taped or capped; the labels and paperwork the courier asks for.
- Don't send a module that is damaged, swollen, leaking or has overheated — damaged lithium batteries need special packaging and carriage (ADR special provision 376). Message us first.
- We return it the same way, by a courier that accepts lithium batteries.
5. Payment and return
When your job is done we'll send you a payment link — or pay here.
Free tracked return postage to a UK address is included in the price. We send it back tracked to the address on your job sheet and message you the tracking number.
