What it is
We read every memory your original body module uses (MCU flash, internal EEPROM and any external EEPROM) and write it into a donor with the same part number. The donor keeps your VIN, coding and key data, so your existing keys keep working in most cases.
Typical symptoms
- No crank / immobiliser active after fitting a used body module
- Central locking, lights or wipers dead or behaving randomly
- Module water damage (footwell, under-seat or scuttle water leaks)
- Module dead after a flat battery or jump start
- U-codes for lost communication with the BCM/BSI
What to send
- The original module
- A donor module with exactly the same part number
- Your details, registration and job reference
How it works
- Send us a photo of the label — use the quote form or WhatsApp. We check the part number and send you a written quote: the price and what to send.
- Book and post — reply to the quote to book (or pay now on the service page), then post your module(s) (for a clone: your original and a donor with the same part number) as shown in How to post your module. Drop-off in Newport (TF10) by appointment.
- Bench read and assessment — we read and back up the original first. If the job can't be done, we tell you and send your module(s) back with no charge for the work.
- We do the job — and verify the result on the bench.
- You pay — if you haven't paid up front, we send you a secure card / PayPal payment link once the work is done (or you can use our Pay page). If the job can't be done, an up-front payment is refunded in full.
- Tracked return — as soon as it's paid, your module goes back by tracked post.

FAQ
Will my existing keys work?
In most cases, yes — the key data comes across with the clone. We do not program new keys to posted-in modules.
Is my module actually faulty?
Often a 'dead BCM/BSI' is a blown fuse, a corroded connector or a relay on the board. If we see that on the bench we'll tell you — a repair can be cheaper than a clone.
