Warranty
Every job carries a 90-day workmanship warranty from the date we send your module back. This is in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them.
What's covered
- Cloning / data transfer: if the transferred data doesn't work because of our work, we'll redo it free of charge, or refund what you paid for the work if we can't put it right.
- Board repair: if a component or joint we repaired or replaced fails, we'll repair it again free, or refund the repair price.
- SRS module reset: if the reset module shows a stored-crash fault caused by our work, we'll redo it free.
- Battery module cloning or crash data reset: if the module's control electronics don't work because of our work, we'll redo it free, or refund what you paid for the work if we can't put it right.
- Return postage on warranty work is free.
What's not covered
- Faults in donor units we didn't supply (a donor with a hardware fault can't become a working clone).
- Damage from fitting, wiring faults, water ingress, jump-starting or voltage spikes after return.
- Faults elsewhere in the vehicle, and adaptations or relearns that must be done in the car.
- Modules opened, reprogrammed or repaired by someone else after we returned them.
- A new accident (SRS and battery modules).
- The condition of battery cells — our work is on the battery module's control electronics.
How to claim
Message us on WhatsApp or email fixmyecuuk@gmail.com with your job reference and the fault. We may ask for diagnostic codes or photos, then for the unit back.
Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 our work must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. If it isn't, you're entitled to have it redone or, if that isn't possible, to a price reduction or refund. This warranty doesn't affect those rights.
