- Get the job confirmed (free). Send clear photos of the board and chip markings — we reply with a written quote: the exact price and what to send.
- Book and post your module(s). Reply to the quote to book — the quote includes our address and a short statement about your right to cancel (terms, section 7) for you to confirm. Then post it as shown in how to post your module. If you're paying after the job, there's nothing to pay yet.
- We read it on the bench, then do the job. If it can't be done, we tell you and send it back with no charge for the work — and if you paid up front, you get a full refund.
- Pay (if you haven't already), then it's posted back. When the work is done we send you a card / PayPal payment link; your module goes back tracked as soon as it's paid.

No. Some MCUs are protected and can't be read with bench tools. Send a photo of the chip markings and we'll confirm before you post.
